Bonne route ;)

-New to purchasing motorcycle gear as I'm a new rider. Ordered the blacked-out version --- overall looks good and fit is good with the Large. 5'10, and approx 200 lb., with 34 inch waist. The liner fits a bit short when putting hands through the thumb loops. Not a huge issue though, as you can wear the liner without putting thumbs through the loop, and then it's fine. I was looking for a casual-style blacked out jacket, and this fits the bill. That being said, I'm not in love with it. Might be that I just have to get used to how motorcycle gear looks (lower collar, and bulkier due to armor) -- it just looked a bit strange to me. Also the arm expansion gussets, while likely being quite functional, also look a bit strange to me from a styling perspective. Again, this might just be me getting used to motorcycle gear. I was also considering other similar blacked out jackets like the Icon Merc Stealth, but that one seemed to have less venting. In summary, for the price, this is a nice jacket with a looser American-style casual fit vs. body hugging race-styled jackets.
