Measure the widest part of your chest, under your armpits and around. Be sure that your arms are resting at your sides.
Measure from the middle of the back of your neck, over your shoulder, over your elbow, ending at your wrist.
Measure the smallest point of your waist all the way around.
Measure from your crotch down to the top of your foot. For our 1pc suits, measure from your crotch down to the top of your ankle.
Measure the width of your hand across your palm just below your knuckles (do not include your thumb).
* Please note if you have long fingers or the measurement falls right on the unit (i.e: Size L measurement is 4 1/4") consider moving up a size.
Measure from the bottom of your heel across your foot to the end of your toes.

Ive been pretty happy with this purchase. Im just getting into biking and wasnt sure what I wanted so this was a great option for the price point. I like the longer length. Im a size 8 and found med pulled a little in the shoulders when my arms were stretched out so I went with a large which gave me extra room for layering. I can add a sweatshirt or sweater underneath for warmth. I have been wearing a light weight Columbia jacket which Im hoping will keep me dry too. I just wish there were pockets for my cell or wallet.

I am very happy overall with this jacket. It fits very true to sizing chart, and I have it in a S as I wanted it to fit more snug instead of be for layering. The armour is also very comfortable and easily removable, and the best part is you cant notice from the outside looking in that its armoured. Overall great casual riding piece!
