Measure the widest part of your chest, under your armpits and around. Be sure that your arms are resting at your sides.
Measure from the middle of the back of your neck, over your shoulder, over your elbow, ending at your wrist.
Measure the smallest point of your waist all the way around.
Measure from your crotch down to the top of your foot. For our 1pc suits, measure from your crotch down to the top of your ankle.
Measure the width of your hand across your palm just below your knuckles (do not include your thumb).
* Please note if you have long fingers or the measurement falls right on the unit (i.e: Size L measurement is 4 1/4") consider moving up a size.
Measure from the bottom of your heel across your foot to the end of your toes.

Canada CanadaI'd so love to give this thing 5 stars because I really love how it fits, feels and looks. It get complimented all the time. I'm 6'1 with long arms and it fits me like a glove. Wind protection is decent though not as good as leather. It's lighter though which is really the point, so for that reason I think it should have at least some kind of vent in the front, but that's minor. My only real criticism is that the chest pockets are too shallow not only for my phone, but even my wallet. Literally nothing but your gas receipt will fit in there, so unless you carry those in your jeans, you'll have to put them in the side pockets. speaking of side pockets, they zip up instead of down, so you need 2 hands to close them, or to slowly scooch it up with one. Honestly when you're hopping on your bike there are already a bunch of things you have to put on and tuck away, so just make it easy to pop stuff into those chest pockets by making them deeper, or just yank those side zips down with 1 hand. Seriously though, the stretchy fabric feels so comfy, and it breaks in after a bit and totally conforms to your body. It's not bulky with the padding and looks totally natural. The way it drops like an actual dress shirt at the bottom make it look super cool. Really rad shirt for real. Just a few details and it would be absolutely perfect. I'd go get a second one without hesitation.
Real comfortable jacket. Body armor is flexible and sits in the right places. Normally I wear an xl. But went with a large as it helpeds Keep the body armor in the right place.
