Measure the widest part of your chest, under your armpits and around. Be sure that your arms are resting at your sides.
Measure from the middle of the back of your neck, over your shoulder, over your elbow, ending at your wrist.
Measure the smallest point of your waist all the way around.
Measure from your crotch down to the top of your foot. For our 1pc suits, measure from your crotch down to the top of your ankle.
Measure the width of your hand across your palm just below your knuckles (do not include your thumb).
* Please note if you have long fingers or the measurement falls right on the unit (i.e: Size L measurement is 4 1/4") consider moving up a size.
Measure from the bottom of your heel across your foot to the end of your toes.

CanadaThis armored hoodie was everything I asked for and more. The armor was better then what's in my motorcycle jacket, the hoodie is breathable and comfortable enough to walk around an browse the shops if needed.
CanadaI’m 6’4” 220 with 44 chest size and the XL fit perfectly. Love this item. Provides enough air flow for Summer riding. Armour is in all the right places. This is my new favourite riding shirt.
CanadaI have been using this jacket for over 4 months now and I have ridden with it from 5C to 35C climates to test it out I specifically got this jacket because my other jackets are too warm for summer riding. This hoodie has everything I was looking for: armour, ventilation, and a style that can blend in with normal outfits. I can confirm that this jacket is not suited to be worn during cold days or rainy days because it is so well ventilated that you will be freezing by the end of your ride. If you layer up underneath the hoodie, you can wear it in colder temperatures (below 10C) but I just suggest getting a different cold weather jacket. Where this jacket really shines is between 10-30C temperature where you only need to wear a T-shirt underneath and it just feels so damn good when you feel the wind through the jacket while you are riding. The down fall is that this jacket still doesn't solve the issue of being hot during a stop at 30C+ temperature - I was still sweating at stop and go traffic but it was a lot less than my other riding jackets. Overall, if you are looking for a jacket that is armoured, well ventilated, and looks like a regular hoodie, this one is a goodie!
