Measure the widest part of your chest, under your armpits and around. Be sure that your arms are resting at your sides.
Measure from the middle of the back of your neck, over your shoulder, over your elbow, ending at your wrist.
Measure the smallest point of your waist all the way around.
Measure from your crotch down to the top of your foot. For our 1pc suits, measure from your crotch down to the top of your ankle.
Measure the width of your hand across your palm just below your knuckles (do not include your thumb).
* Please note if you have long fingers or the measurement falls right on the unit (i.e: Size L measurement is 4 1/4") consider moving up a size.
Measure from the bottom of your heel across your foot to the end of your toes.

I bought this as a casual in between when it's too cold for a shirt and too warm for a jacket. It's perfect and has become my favourite. I have full on Alpinestar leather gear and I prefer this hoodie under my regular leather jacket. Even alone it cuts the wind nicely. Belt tie downs and thumb holes as well as elbow straps keep it in place. I don't use the thumb loops anyway but the sleeves don't crawl up my arms. I got mine in black and no one is the wiser that I'm wearing an armoured hoodie when walking around during a ride. The armour isn't track ready or anything but I've spent some time tumbling down the asphalt and I wish I'd at least had something like this in those moments. I'm 6'3" and 225 and wear an XL and it fits very nicely. Get one. You'll love it.
