Measure the widest part of your chest, under your armpits and around. Be sure that your arms are resting at your sides.
Measure from the middle of the back of your neck, over your shoulder, over your elbow, ending at your wrist.
Measure the smallest point of your waist all the way around.
Measure from your crotch down to the top of your foot. For our 1pc suits, measure from your crotch down to the top of your ankle.
Measure the width of your hand across your palm just below your knuckles (do not include your thumb).
* Please note if you have long fingers or the measurement falls right on the unit (i.e: Size L measurement is 4 1/4") consider moving up a size.
Measure from the bottom of your heel across your foot to the end of your toes.

CanadaI bought the Fame & Fortune jacket today and did not even know a motorcycle jacket like this existed until I happened to find it in the store today. It fits like a regular rain jacket, but has all the armour protection you need to protect your elbows, shoulders, and back. These protectors are even larger and safer than the ones I have in my regular touring jackets, however, you don't feel them the same way... or not at all. The F&F is such a perfect fit you can walk around with it all day like you can in a regular rain jacket; nobody will notice that you are wearing armour protection even or a motorcycle jacket. I work in the film industry under all weather conditions and like to bring as little gear as possible. This jacket makes it easy for me to bring it to work and keep it on all day and then just swing on my motorcycle without having to change much. I am a tall woman who usually wears size L, but can wear size M, as this jacket is designed for man. This doesn't bother me, as I find it to be comfortable and all armour is sitting at its right place without being lose. The jacket itself gives enough room to wear more layers underneath if you need them or not. I would recommend this jacket to anyone, especially if you live in Vancouver, BC, where it's often raining.
Best Jacket for the Canadian Spring and Fall. CONS: Extreme Heat. I have yet to find a jacket that can keep me cool in extreme heat (above 35C) and I doubt it will ever exist unless it has built-in cooler. This jacket works hard to keep you cool while moving but when you stop, the heat will just keep suffocating you. Hood. I usually like having a hoodie for my normal clothes but for riding, it is kinda useless. I suppose when I am off my bike and I take my helmet off, I can put the hood on during rainy days but it isn't something I need. Looks cool tho. PROS: All Year Jacket. This is a perfect riding jacket for 5-30 degrees Celsius. You can ride in colder conditions if you layer up. The jacket blocks all the cold wind and if it gets too hot, just open up the vents and your body is breathing fresh air. All Weather Jacket. If the weather turns on you and starts raining, no worries, the jacket is waterproof! Armoured. If you happen to fall, your shoulders, elbows, and back are protected by the removable CE approved armour. Weight. The jacket is light and can easily be packed into a small bag if needed. Recommendation: This jacket is just an all around superb jacket to have in your collection. If you ride #ATGATT then you should have one of these to increase your riding comfort without compromising safety.
